Personally, I really enjoyed the
Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins. It's just spectacular and I can't believe the obsession I had with the series. I can't wait to see the movie next year to see if that lives up to the book. The movie is set to come out on March 23,2012.
For those who haven't read the book, the story centers on Katniss Everdeen from District 12 who must survive a horrible televised fight to the death game. Each year the evil Government of Panem ( post-apocalyptic North America) hosts an event called the
Hunger Games where two tributes - a boy and a girl from each of the twelve districts are forced to fight in an arena of death. The hunger games are held to remind and ensure that no district makes an attempt at a rebellion. But Katniss ends up as a symbol of defiance.
Back to the movie, I've gotta say the perfect people were chosen for the movie , to start with we have Jeniffer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen.
